All mugs are neatly packaged and dispatched in sturdy, smash-proof cardboard shipping boxes and sent using Royal Mail delivery services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. (Personalised items are exempt from our returns policy.)

Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes! Most of our ceramic mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe. To keep the print looking its best for years, we recommend placing them on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand washing when possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days (depending on your location). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We use Royal Mail standard delivery services for all our orders.

Can I return or exchange my mug?

Yes. If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
