Delivery & Returns
All mugs are neatly packaged and dispatched in sturdy, smash-proof cardboard shipping boxes and sent using Royal Mail delivery services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Personalised items are exempt from our returns policy.
